Step into Turkey, spread across Europe and Asia, where buildings everywhere set the imagination going, and yet the underground city of Kaymakli is a place the map forgot. Narrow tunnels, corridors and dwellings like a maze, hundreds of rooms and passages stacked layer on layer, walls blackened by torch smoke. By lamplight you can read messages left on the stone, traces of ordinary life in every corner. You feel the great sense of the people who lived here, who even underground did not live roughly, but with dignity and even grace, holding off invasion calmly, in a bright shelter under the ground. About the crystals. Every MenWen piece is built around natural stones, chosen for their color and character and set by hand in Taiwan. We treat crystals less as talismans and more as material for wearable art, so each piece is a small design object you can carry with you.

Materials. Carnelian, Yellow Chalcedony, White Chalcedony, Lapis Lazuli, Quartz. Set in brass.

Sizing. Bead sizes run roughly 4mm to 10mm. The chain measures about 40cm excluding the extender, with an extender of about 5cm. Measurements may vary slightly between batches.

Shipping. Orders usually ship 1 to 3 days after purchase, excluding national holidays. During promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.
