Pearl：Characteristics/organic matters, amorphous structure hardness/2.5-4.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight and sea salt methods, which accelerate the aging of pearls. Smoking method may dye pearls. Geode degaussing method may damage the surface of pearls. Furthermore, pearls are soft, making them more inclined to passivate and become foggy. Care must be taken to wear and maintain them.The luster of the pearl comes from overlapping aragonite crystals and the shell film on the surface. The color will vary with varying shellfish and water quality. When conchiolin is distributed irregularly, spots will be formed.The main component is calcium carbonate, which contains a small amount of water and conchiolin. Foreign substances stimulate mothers-of-pearl, the nacre structure is formed and coated with the stimulating substances, and over time pearls with luster are formed. There are seawater or freshwater and natural or artificial pearls. Presently, there are more cultured pearls than natural ones.
Tsavorite：Characteristics/isometric system hardness/7-7.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sea salt, sunlight, and running water methods.Overall, TSAVOLITE appears yellow-green, and its color changes because of different mineral contents. Because it contains trace amounts of chromium and vanadium, it has a bright green color, and it has transparent or opaque glass luster on different facets, accompanied by a natural crystal texture.The mainly green calcium-aluminum GARNET is very low in production quantity and high in price. Geologists discovered this ore in the Shaver National Park on the border of Tanzania and Kenya in 1967. But it wasn't until 1974 did the TIFFANY.CO company name it TSAVORITE, after this place, and promote it worldwide.

Apatite：Characteristics/Hexagonal crystal system hardness/5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight, sea salt, and running water methods because it is soft and it easily interacts chemically with its external environment. Therefore, mild maintenance methods are advisable.APATITE ore is rich in a variety of colors, and it has an overall appearance of glassy translucency. It has a fully colorful candy-like appearance. APATITE produced in Spain is also called "asparagus stone" because of its yellow-green appearance. More commonly seen APATITEs are yellow, green, and blue-green, but pink and violet are rare.In addition to its attractive colors, APATITE is often used in dental filling materials because it contains ingredients that are very close to those in the human body. Orange Labradorite：Characteristics/monoclinic system hardness/6-6.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method; the running water method can damage the stone or roughen its surface.ORANGE MOON STONE has a variety of colors, from transparent and colorless to white, light yellow, brown, orange to blue-gray or green. The ore has an overall appearance of transparent to translucent, and through different angles and light refraction, ORANGE MOON STONE reveals a unique smudged luster.Also known as moonstone, it belongs to the feldspar family. It is formed by overlapping layers of albite and ice feldspar. When light enters the structure of the ore, it causes a moon halo effect. On the whole, it is blue-green to yellow-green, brown, etc. It has glass luster and contains mineral spots of different colors scattered in it. It has unique lines and is often used in jewelry and carving.A commonly seen mineral, DIOPSIDE is green in color, which is caused by chromium, which contains parallel needle-like and tubular crystals. When there is a cat's eye phenomenon that crosses vertically, the cross-shaped light formed is called staurolite.
Smoky Quartz：Characteristics/quartz family trigonal crystal system hardness/7 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method.Smoky Quartz has a brown tone as a whole, including light to dark brown-gray, and its transparency also ranges from transparent to black. The colors of its minerals are like smoke, also it is called smoky crystal.The main color-causing sources are aluminum and silicon. Prehnite：Characteristics/Orthorhombic hardness/6-6.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method.PREHNITE is usually formed in the forms of stalactites or round crystals. Its unique and soft color ranges from light green to yellow, showing a translucent glass light. It coexists with the substances contained in the ore, and black dots are frequently present in the ore.Its main component is igneous rock, which forms with a variety of ores such as calcite and zeolite. The color of the ore is like a green grape with its skin peeled off and the crystals are mostly round like a grape, hence the name.
Tanzanite：Characteristics/Orthogonal hardness/6-7 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method.As a whole TANZANITE exhibits blue and blue-purple pleochroism. This natural stone was found in the Republic of Tanzania in East Africa.TIFFANY.CO, a New York jeweler, promoted it to the market. TANZANITE is a kind of zoisite. It has the same pleochroism as turquoise, and it changes colors in response to different light sources and angles. The scarcity of current mines makes TANZANITE expensive.
Tiger's eye Blue：Characteristics/monoclinic system hardness/6.5-7 Its iron oxide content makes it yellowish brown and blue. A large amount of iron oxide is produced in micro-heat processing, turning it red. Overall, it has a silky light pattern, which is smooth and delicate.BLUE TIGER-EYE is also called TIGER-EYE. From different angles, you can see the effect of the cat's eye pattern, which is formed by replacing the fibrous structure of crocidolite with quartz in the mineral. Spessartite：Characteristics/isometric system hardness/6-7.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method (color easily changed) GARNET is generally red, but its color can encompass a wide variety of colors. Different chemical elements contained in natural ores make the GARNET into different colors.Also known as granatum, its English "GARNET" comes from Latin "GRANATUM", which symbolizes the meaning of seeds like pomegranate fruit. GARNET is rich in various minerals, and the main component is silicate minerals.
Rainbow Obsidian： Characteristics/amorphous hardness/5-5.5 The surface of OBSIDIAN is smooth and delicate, and the color is rich. It owes its rich and various colors to its formation process and the rich minerals that it contains. There are OBSIDIAN with a snow-like ore surface, rainbow OBSIDIAN with changeable colors, RED OBSIDIAN containing iron oxide, GOLD OBSIDIAN, etc. Also known as obsidian and glass lava, it is formed from the instantaneous cooling and condensation of volcanoes and underground lava after eruptions. It is mainly found in the vicinity of volcanic seismic zones, and the process of lava formation and cooling creates subtle changes in various colors. The flare effect is shown through different facets, such as gold, gray, etc.
｜Wrist circumference｜
When placing orders, please select the whole number closest to the length of your actual wrist circumference.
We will make the bracelet according to your wrist circumstance so you may wear it comfortably. A bracelet can be rolled around the wrist when it is put on.
If there is a decimal point in your wrist circumference measurement, such as 15.5cm, you can choose 15cm or 16cm. The 15cm fits better but can still be rotated, and the 16cm will be looser.
Normal size：14cm-17cm (7-day trial period, return within 7 days)
Customized sizes：13cm、18cm、19cm(products are custom-made only after we receive your order; for these products, the seven-day trial period does not apply. Please double check your needs before placing an order.)
Other sizes：For wrist circumferences lower than 13cm (such as for children) or higher than 19cm, please go to the store for customization or contact customer service.

｜Metal material｜
EU specifications for eco-friendly brass
The brass used at MenWen is environmentally friendly brass that can pass the EU tests (with extremely low lead content). It is good quality, disinclined to oxidize or cause allergies.
The degree of anti-oxidation varies according to the body of the wearer (acid-base). For average customers, the product will only be slightly oxidized after wearing it for about one or two years. If it is slightly oxidized, wipe it with a silver cloth or toothpaste to restore its luster.
It is also acceptable for the bracelet to get in touch with water (sea water), but be careful to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, alkaline cleaners, etc.
｜About crystals｜
At MenWen, we use all natural crystals, but the creation of our products is not limited to this as we will still incorporate other suitable processed materials in the design.
Some natural crystals are heated or colored at high temperatures to make them more brilliant, such as blue chalcedony, and some are made artificially, such as red/blue/green sandstone (all sandstones on the market are man-made). If synthetic or processed materials are used in a product, this information will be marked on the product page, and it can also be viewed in all crystal introductions. The extent of scarcity in materials and difficulty in processing will also be reflected in the price of the product.
As for style selections, it is recommended that you choose the style that is most pleasing to the eye or to your liking. Indications of bead sizes：In the process of grinding the ore into a round bead, there will be slight differences in size (for example, if it is marked as 6mm, but if you won't find a batch of beads that are all exactly 6mm; there will be slight differences). Therefore, we do not indicate the size of the bead. Please refer directly to the "MenWen Natural Stone" product menu, in which each product is classified according to the approximate size. Also you can refer to photos showing the products being actually worn by people.
Is the product identical to the photo： It is impossible for every batch of natural ores to have the same color and crystal, especially the crystals that contain other crystals (such as Green Phantom Quartz,Strawberry Quartz,Rutilated Quartz or Black Rutilated Quartz etc.) Every piece of mineral is different. In addition, screens have color differences. We will keep it within a reasonable range. However, if you must have a product that is exactly the same as the photo, please think twice, or go directly to our store to buy. Purchasing it this way will be more in line with your expectations!
Whether the number of beads is the same as the photo：Normally, it will be "almost" the same as the photo, but, when making a bracelet, there will be a slight difference in the size of the beads (for example, some beads are 6mm, and others are 6.5mm, etc.). When beads are strung together, the ones near the end will be adjusted slightly. (If each bead is more than 0.5mm, it will be necessary to adjust the number of beads so that the bracelet will not be too long—to be within the typical range of bracelet lengths.
All crystal bracelets from MenWen use elastic silk thread from Japan, which are strong and durable. With normal use, they can maintain their elasticity for one to two years before becoming loose. Please feel free to wear them with confidence.
