｜Crystal description｜
Sodalite：Characteristics/isometric system hardness/5.5-6 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight, sea salt, and running water methods, which may damage the crystal or make the surface rough. SODALITE is soft, easy to passivate and become foggy, so it must be carefully worn and maintained.It has a dark blue appearance, and is rich in intertwined little white and black minerals, as if a blue but changeable sky.SODALITE is also known as sodalite. Although it has a dark blue base, it is not suitable for making pigments because, once ground into powder, its color will become lighter. The blue tone of SODALITE also contains some black dots. The surface of the rough stone generally appears as scaly crystals. Furthermore, its extremely high sodium content leads to its name "Sodium-containing (SODA) rock (LITHOS)".
Pearl：Characteristics/organic matters, amorphous structure hardness/2.5-4.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight and sea salt methods, which accelerate the aging of pearls. Smoking method may dye pearls. Geode degaussing method may damage the surface of pearls. Furthermore, pearls are soft, making them more inclined to passivate and become foggy. Care must be taken to wear and maintain them.The luster of the pearl comes from overlapping aragonite crystals and the shell film on the surface. The color will vary with varying shellfish and water quality. When conchiolin is distributed irregularly, spots will be formed.The main component is calcium carbonate, which contains a small amount of water and conchiolin. Foreign substances stimulate mothers-of-pearl, the nacre structure is formed and coated with the stimulating substances, and over time pearls with luster are formed. There are seawater or freshwater and natural or artificial pearls. Presently, there are more cultured pearls than natural ones.
Black Rutilated Quartz：Characteristics/trigonal crystal system hardness/7 Needle-like substances can be seen scattered in the transparent crystal, and the substances have colors like metal threads and hair, hence the name.Generally, a crystal containing needle-like substances in the crystal is called RUTILATED QUARTZ, which has a variety of colors. Commonly seen are green RUTILATED QUARTZ containing green actinite, and gold RUTILATED QUARTZ containing rutile, etc. The minerals contained in it are mainly titanium dioxide. Orange Labradorite：Characteristics/monoclinic system hardness/6-6.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method; the running water method can damage the stone or roughen its surface.ORANGE MOON STONE has a variety of colors, from transparent and colorless to white, light yellow, brown, orange to blue-gray or green. The ore has an overall appearance of transparent to translucent, and through different angles and light refraction, ORANGE MOON STONE reveals a unique smudged luster.Also known as moonstone, it belongs to the feldspar family. It is formed by overlapping layers of albite and ice feldspar. When light enters the structure of the ore, it causes a moon halo effect. When the content of ice feldspar is proportionally high, the soft blue moon halo in the interlayer scattering will pass through, and when albite is proportionally high, it will show a more obvious translucent milky white appearance.

Aquamarine：Characteristics/hexagonal crystal system hardness/7.5-8 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method, which may deprive the stone of colors.AQUAMARINE has an overall transparent to translucent blue-green hue, with a refracted luster like glass. The slight iron content in the stone gives it its color. It changes to light blue when it is heated.AQUAMARINE and emerald are both members of the beryl family. The main component is silicate. Its Latin names are "AQUA" (water) and "MARINE" (ocean), originally meaning seawater. It is so named also because of its sea-like gentleness and charm.
Kyanite：Characteristics/triclinic system hardness/4-7.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sea salt, sunlight, and running water methods, which tend to damage or fade the crystal.KYANITE has a glassy luster and irregular textures, and generally it has a blue tone with varying shades. The parts that are close to the crystal have a darker color rendering. Its color is beautiful and unique. The name "KYANITE" means blue in Greek.The unique color distribution and hardness make this natural stone difficult to cut, and there is a scarcity of finished products. The hardness varies with the crystallographic direction. When the crystal column is cut vertically, the hardness can reach 7.5, and when it is cut parallelly, the hardness changes to 4. Different surface orientations produce completely different hardness, which also explains why KYANITE also has the name of "two hardness stones".
Hematite：Characteristics/Trigonal crystal hardness/5-6.5 Attention/Purification: Please avoid the sunlight method, and the running water method may rust it.HEMATITE can be found on all continents, and it can form a variety of crystals, including plate, block, and powder. It has a specular metallic sheen with opacity and overall shades of black, silver gray, dark gray.Its English name, HEMATITE, comes from the Greek word "HALIMA", which means blood. Its iron content is as high as 70%, making it the ore with the highest refractive index among all ores. The main component is ferric oxide. HEMATITE is not only a raw material for iron extraction, but also a dye for ceramics and other materials. The source of its color is the red color in the iron oxide that it contains.

When placing orders, please select the whole number closest to the length of your actual wrist circumference.
We will make the bracelet according to your wrist circumstance so you may wear it comfortably. A bracelet can be rolled around the wrist when it is put on.
If there is a decimal point in your wrist circumference measurement, such as 15.5cm, you can choose 15cm or 16cm. The 15cm fits better but can still be rotated, and the 16cm will be looser.
Normal size：14cm-17cm (7-day trial period, return within 7 days)
Customized sizes：13cm、18cm、19cm(products are custom-made only after we receive your order; for these products, the seven-day trial period does not apply. Please double check your needs before placing an order.)
Other sizes：For wrist circumferences lower than 13cm (such as for children) or higher than 19cm, please go to the store for customization or contact customer service.

｜Metal material｜
EU specifications for eco-friendly brass
The brass used at MenWen is environmentally friendly brass that can pass the EU tests (with extremely low lead content). It is good quality, disinclined to oxidize or cause allergies.
The degree of anti-oxidation varies according to the body of the wearer (acid-base). For average customers, the product will only be slightly oxidized after wearing it for about one or two years. If it is slightly oxidized, wipe it with a silver cloth or toothpaste to restore its luster.
It is also acceptable for the bracelet to get in touch with water (sea water), but be careful to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, alkaline cleaners, etc.
｜About crystals｜
At MenWen, we use all natural crystals, but the creation of our products is not limited to this as we will still incorporate other suitable processed materials in the design.
Some natural crystals are heated or colored at high temperatures to make them more brilliant, such as blue chalcedony, and some are made artificially, such as red/blue/green sandstone (all sandstones on the market are man-made). If synthetic or processed materials are used in a product, this information will be marked on the product page, and it can also be viewed in all crystal introductions. The extent of scarcity in materials and difficulty in processing will also be reflected in the price of the product.
As for style selections, it is recommended that you choose the style that is most pleasing to the eye or to your liking. Indications of bead sizes：In the process of grinding the ore into a round bead, there will be slight differences in size (for example, if it is marked as 6mm, but if you won't find a batch of beads that are all exactly 6mm; there will be slight differences). Therefore, we do not indicate the size of the bead. Please refer directly to the "MenWen Natural Stone" product menu, in which each product is classified according to the approximate size. Also you can refer to photos showing the products being actually worn by people.
Is the product identical to the photo： It is impossible for every batch of natural ores to have the same color and crystal, especially the crystals that contain other crystals (such as Green Phantom Quartz,Strawberry Quartz,Rutilated Quartz or Black Rutilated Quartz etc.) Every piece of mineral is different. In addition, screens have color differences. We will keep it within a reasonable range. However, if you must have a product that is exactly the same as the photo, please think twice, or go directly to our store to buy. Purchasing it this way will be more in line with your expectations!
Whether the number of beads is the same as the photo：Normally, it will be "almost" the same as the photo, but, when making a bracelet, there will be a slight difference in the size of the beads (for example, some beads are 6mm, and others are 6.5mm, etc.). When beads are strung together, the ones near the end will be adjusted slightly. (If each bead is more than 0.5mm, it will be necessary to adjust the number of beads so that the bracelet will not be too long—to be within the typical range of bracelet lengths.
All crystal bracelets from MenWen use elastic silk thread from Japan, which are strong and durable. With normal use, they can maintain their elasticity for one to two years before becoming loose. Please feel free to wear them with confidence.
