The Desert Rose of Petra | Sun Stone, Quartz & Persian Agate Bracelet

The name Petra comes from the Greek word for rock. Reddish-brown sandstone mountains, stone in many colors and twisting layers, spirals and wave-shaped curves, so that the old city of Petra looks like a desert rose blooming on the rock. It was a key stop on the Silk Road and an important hub for carrying spices. Home was a tent and the camel was the way to travel. What looks to us like burning heat and hardship was their steady way of life for hundreds of years, carved through a thousand years alongside this beauty. Even as each day repeats, it still feels like the first time. Inspired by Petra.

About the crystals. Every MenWen piece is built around natural stones, chosen for their color and character and set in brass by hand in Taiwan. We treat crystals less as talismans and more as material for wearable art, so each bracelet is a small design object you can carry with you.

Materials. Sun Stone, Persian Agate, Quartz. Set in brass.

Sizing. Bead sizes run roughly 6mm to 8mm, and may vary slightly between batches. Choose the wrist measurement closest to your own and we adjust the length so the bracelet sits comfortably and can still turn on the wrist. If your measurement falls between sizes, for example 15.5cm, pick 15cm for a closer fit or 16cm for a looser one.

Shipping. Orders usually ship 1 to 3 days after purchase, excluding national holidays. During promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.
