Blue Hour at 101 | Labradorite, Lapis Lazuli & Amethyst Double-Wrap Bracelet

Climb to the high point, look down, and you catch the blue hour exactly right. Thirty minutes after sunset the blue light spreads across the whole sky, and before the sun goes fully into the dark, floodlights hit Taipei 101 in the distance, the street lamps come on, and the traffic runs on without a break, each car carrying somebody unwinding after work. The mood is very quiet and easy. Watch the lights below the hill, feel your own heartbeat, take a deep breath and let it out slowly along with whatever was weighing on you. Learning to be at ease with yourself in a city is its own accomplishment, and I have become part of this one. This piece is available in store only.

About the crystals. Every MenWen piece is built around natural stones, chosen for their color and character and set by hand in Taiwan. We treat crystals less as talismans and more as material for wearable art, so each piece is a small design object you can carry with you.

Materials. Pearl, Labradorite, Quartz, Synthetic Quartz, Amethyst, Smoky Quartz, Rhodonite, Rutilated Quartz, Yellow Chalcedony, Prehnite, Aventurine, Lapis Lazuli, Strawberry Quartz. Set in brass.

Sizing. Bead sizes run roughly 4mm to 8mm, and may vary slightly between batches. Choose the wrist measurement closest to your own and we adjust the length so the bracelet sits comfortably and can still turn on the wrist. If your measurement falls between sizes, for example 15.5cm, pick 15cm for a closer fit or 16cm for a looser one.

Shipping. Orders usually ship 1 to 3 days after purchase, excluding national holidays. During promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.
