｜Wrist circumference｜
When placing orders, please select the whole number closest to the length of your actual wrist circumference.
We will make the bracelet according to your wrist circumstance so you may wear it comfortably. A bracelet can be rolled around the wrist when it is put on.
If there is a decimal point in your wrist circumference measurement, such as 15.5cm, you can choose 15cm or 16cm. The 15cm fits better but can still be rotated, and the 16cm will be looser.
Normal size：14cm-17cm (7-day trial period, return within 7 days)
Customized sizes：13cm、18cm、19cm(products are custom-made only after we receive your order; for these products, the seven-day trial period does not apply. Please double check your needs before placing an order.)
Other sizes：For wrist circumferences lower than 13cm (such as for children) or higher than 19cm, please go to the store for customization or contact customer service.
Please measure your wrist size carefully. If the size does not fit well due to a wrong measurement, please contact customer service for return processing.
｜Metal material｜
EU specifications for eco-friendly brass
The brass used at MenWen is environmentally friendly brass that can pass the EU tests (with extremely low lead content). It is good quality, disinclined to oxidize or cause allergies.
The degree of anti-oxidation varies according to the body of the wearer (acid-base). For average customers, the product will only be slightly oxidized after wearing it for about one or two years. If it is slightly oxidized, wipe it with a silver cloth or toothpaste to restore its luster.
It is also acceptable for the bracelet to get in touch with water (sea water), but be careful to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes, alkaline cleaners, etc.
｜About crystals｜
At MenWen, we use all natural crystals, but the creation of our products is not limited to this as we will still incorporate other suitable processed materials in the design.
Some natural crystals are heated or colored at high temperatures to make them more brilliant, such as blue chalcedony, and some are made artificially, such as red/blue/green sandstone (all sandstones on the market are man-made). If synthetic or processed materials are used in a product, this information will be marked on the product page, and it can also be viewed in all crystal introductions. The extent of scarcity in materials and difficulty in processing will also be reflected in the price of the product.
As for style selections, it is recommended that you choose the style that is most pleasing to the eye or to your liking. Indications of bead sizes：In the process of grinding the ore into a round bead, there will be slight differences in size (for example, if it is marked as 6mm, but if you won't find a batch of beads that are all exactly 6mm; there will be slight differences). Therefore, we do not indicate the size of the bead. Please refer directly to the "MenWen Natural Stone" product menu, in which each product is classified according to the approximate size. Also you can refer to photos showing the products being actually worn by people.
Is the product identical to the photo： It is impossible for every batch of natural ores to have the same color and crystal, especially the crystals that contain other crystals (such as Green Phantom Quartz,Strawberry Quartz,Rutilated Quartz or Black Rutilated Quartz etc.) Every piece of mineral is different. In addition, screens have color differences. We will keep it within a reasonable range. However, if you must have a product that is exactly the same as the photo, please think twice, or go directly to our store to buy. Purchasing it this way will be more in line with your expectations!
Whether the number of beads is the same as the photo：Normally, it will be "almost" the same as the photo, but, when making a bracelet, there will be a slight difference in the size of the beads (for example, some beads are 6mm, and others are 6.5mm, etc.). When beads are strung together, the ones near the end will be adjusted slightly. (If each bead is more than 0.5mm, it will be necessary to adjust the number of beads so that the bracelet will not be too long—to be within the typical range of bracelet lengths.
All crystal bracelets from MenWen use elastic silk thread from Japan, which are strong and durable. With normal use, they can maintain their elasticity for one to two years before becoming loose. Please feel free to wear them with confidence.

For non-human-caused damages within one month of purchase, we offer free repairs. However, repairs beyond that timeframe may incur a repair fee.
